We accept multiple secure payment methods to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Find answers to common payment questions below.
What payment methods are available?
We accept multiple modes of payment. You may choose your preferred method from the options below. You can also pay using my10kplus wallet credits.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Cash on Delivery is not an available payment option on Africa Trade Portal. All orders must be paid for in advance using one of the accepted payment methods above.
Payments for Imported Products
The following special conditions apply to orders for imported products:
Shipping for imported products may take 3–4 weeks for delivery.
Only prepaid orders are accepted — no COD or pay-on-delivery options.
No cancellations are permitted once the product has been dispatched from an international location. Products are generally dispatched within 3–4 days. You will be notified of the shipping status via email.
Refusal to accept the product at delivery will not be entertained and no refunds will be made in such cases.
Returns are only eligible if the complaint is registered within 48 hours of delivery for: defective or damaged product, or a product that is not as described (wrong colour, size, style or wrong item).
Warranty is applicable where specified on the product page.
My transaction failed but the amount was deducted. What should I do?
Payment failures can occur due to a technical glitch or incorrect payment credentials. If an amount has been deducted without an order confirmation, please follow these steps:
Do not place a second order for the same product.
Wait up to 48 hours — your order will automatically be confirmed by our system and a confirmation sent via Email and SMS.
If your order is still not confirmed or you received a payment declined message, check with your bank for details or contact us. You may be asked to submit a screenshot of your account statement.
